A home-like, community-based environment for individuals who need lifelong medical care and support

After a catastrophic life event, finding the right long-term life care facility can feel overwhelming. You want a place that feels like home — one that will enhance your loved one’s life and provide quality care and attention. Whether a workers’ compensation case or not, a facility that offers life care and planning services after injury is important.

That’s where Nexus Neurorecovery Center comes in. We provide a variety of programs, services, therapies, and activities that help patients adjust to disability and increase overall wellbeing. Our home-like setting provides compassionate and fun lifelong care as we’re mending minds.

Not your traditional assisted living facility

Life care doesn’t mean your loved one or patient has to reside in a traditional assisted living facility. Nexus offers family-focused, positive environments that support individual wellbeing.

  • 24-hour nursing care
  • Movement through campus continuum of care to attain the highest level of independence in a minimally restrictive environment

What is the purpose of life care?

Some individuals require ongoing, lifelong support and medical care after a catastrophic injury or illness. While needs are sometimes managed at home, many individuals do better long-term at a facility that can care for their evolving needs while challenging them through therapies and activities.
